Cellular signal is the main reason the device isn’t reporting. The device is most likely in a low signal area. Once the device receives signal again it will start reporting again. This may take a few hours, but this is usually the main reason for this issue.
To change the updates on the Micro Tracker you just have to contact us and let us know whether you want the device on minute or five minute updates. We will have to change this on our end.

Try power cycling the device. To do this just hold down the power button (located on same side as where you charge the device) for 10 seconds until all the lights turn off. Once the unit is off wait 30 seconds and turn the unit back on. This should fix the issue, but if it doesn’t try relocating the device to a different area and power cycling the unit again.
Once logged into the account just click on manage devices and from there click the common name box. Provide a common name for the unit and use the drop down menu to repeat the process for other units.
To create alerts just click Manage and click on Account Level Alert Contacts. From there just select either email or mms and put in the MMS or email contact address. Then from the dropdown box select which alerts you would like to be notified of.
To change the excessive speed notification please contact us and we will be able to change the speed on our end.
- The first light on the top should be blinking periodically and has to do with the satellite signal.

To install the Y Cable, just pop out the original OBD 2 port with a screw driver. The Y Cable has one male end and two female ends. Plug the OBD 2 port that you popped out into the male end and run one of the female ends through the open port which was popped out. Connect the OBD 2 Tracker to the other female end, which can then be pushed up behind the dashboard and hidden from view.
